i am pro-PAP, but i am also open to opposition ideas and i listen to them and read about them as well. i just wish us all to be appreciative and as no one is perfect, in areas where the govt had not done well in, offer serious concrete solid ideas to fill in the gaps and make your point. in fact, i wasnt even so into all these election issues until i really read the suggestions an opposition party made (as elaborated in the post below), are you making sense?? we are open to your ideas, but please tell us what you're really planning to do instead of just using generalized words and phrases to win us over. we are not stupid. reading the comments and posts on fb, i am open to opposition ideas which are real and concrete and in some instances and examples they made, i too agree with them. i am sick of people flaming PAP etc just based on some particular sentence made and making a big fuss over everything, can we all be more objective???? it may be emotional, but try to see the bigger picture, and see the welfare and future of our nation as the ultimate goal.

we should be old and mature enough to think for ourselves, however my impression from fb and the media is when people hear the different parties' speeches, they simply follow the crowd and masses and create big fusses and make noise. ask yourself do they make sense, are they feasible?
